Data is collected voluntarily by the customer when completing the booking form and confirming their choice.
3) **Optional Data Provision and Consent – Consequences of Refusal**
Providing data is optional; however, failure to provide identifying (name, surname) and contact (email address) details will prevent the completion of the booking process.

Customers have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data or to object to its processing. They can request data processing limitation as provided by Article 18 of the Regulation and obtain data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format as per Article 20 of the Regulation.
